If so, how do you handle VAT? Apparently VAT doesnt have to be charged to users outside of EU, but I'm wondering if there is exceptions to subscriptions/downloads etc

We dont charge VAT to UK customer even we based in UK. No one charge vat for subscription.

But i know people who sell softwares in uk do charge vat and pay vat. Vat threashold is £75,000

How do you get away with not paying vat to uk customers even when based in uk?

I'm aware of the thresholds etc, but most of my income comes from NON-EU individuals

Third party processor we use like epoch or ccbill are responsible to charge people for us either in uk or outside uk or eu and they not based in uk.

Better ask the man from the VAT on that as you couldn't be more wrong. :2 cents:
