I did a search for: boost Alexa rankings on Google and saw at least 3 good sites that tell you how to do that..:2 cents:

Those scripts are 5-8 years old and don't work. They just want you to fill out CPA leads to enable download of mighty old script.

Out of curiosity why would you want to boost Alexa unless it's for your own ego or you plan to scam unsuspecting people.
