YanksCash is looking for a temporary part time developer (20-30 hours per week, 60-90 days) to optimize, streamline, secure and more closely integrate our affiliate program, pay sites and network of free sites with each other and our billing and traffic partners. The goal is to put all our properties in the best position possible to monetize and grow our traffic. We have the plan, however we need more muscle on the tech side. If you excel, this very well may evolve into a permanent and possibly full time position.

• Billing - Netbilling, Epoch, CCbill
• CMS – ElevatedX
• Affiliate System – NATS
• Free sites – PHPBB, Mechbunny Tube Script, OpenX Adserver, Wordpress

Tasks include
• Working with our traffic and billing partners to integrate various X-sells and upsells into our network and mailing products.
• Customizing and integrating our CMS, Free sites and tours to increase social interaction, site dynamics and stickiness.
• Updating and securing our current software solutions
• Optimizing email products in regards to gathering addresses and as a sales channel – Dropcart scripting for example

Your skill set must include
• PHP
• MySQL
• experience with NATS and ElevatedX
• API integration
• basic design skills and implementation

It would be nice for you to have
• basic LAMP server management and security skills
• a basic understanding of SEO in regards to front end development
• HTML 5 familiarity

As an individual you must
• be an excellent and consistent communicator with strong English language skills
• be willing to use the tools we use to communicate, I don't care if you have an Microsoft phobia, I don't
• be reliable
• be detail oriented – review and test your own work before telling us it's done
• be able to provide references and examples of your work that align with what we need now
• possess an excellent ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
• have an understanding of how the adult eco-system functions and "get" what we are trying to accomplish with each project. We will take the time to spec out each project, however we need someone to work as a team member who understands the desired outcome and can be creative beyond the specs if the end goal requires it.
