Paxum Card Question...
 
Is anyone else having problems with the card in the UK?....

It's to do with chip and pin and more places refusing swipe...

Also I can't use those machines in store that charge for a cash withdrawal - I assume for the same reason.....

Now that more of the world is going Chip and Pin will Paxum offer that option?..

I'm sorry you're having difficulties using your card in your local area.

Can you please send me an email with the specific details of exactly where your Paxum card has been rejected (type/operator/location of the ATM), along with your Paxum account email (username), and any associated notices or other relevant information?

I don't know whether we will have chips in cards, but I will certainly ask for it to be looked into. Providing us with the specific details of your experience will enable us to investigate the situation with the bank.

Thanks Ruth - In short the issue is that retailers are only taking cards with a chip...

I will send you some info about the issue in the next day or two.:thumbsup....
