Lossing Money with Payoneer

Tried to withdraw today and it work even online and offline my card doesn't work at all!

Payoneer support?

Entered correct PIN but it wont accept in any machine here, PH. Even online my card wont work!

I just withdraw funds yesterday, no problem here as well, where you located? maybe you need to ask there support instead.

payoneer is one of the best services i have found, affiliate programs pay via payoneer and payoneer sends funds in my bank on the same fucking day and all this for just 10 bucks per transfer to bank....

but their avg. response time to ticket created , is 4 days.

Remember there is a foreign card atm charge in Philippines, additional to the payoneer fee and payoneer also have very bad exchange rates, so you may not have as much balance to withdraw as you think you do.
