I wouldn't say that. things that are under promoted convert well, why i dig around for that information is because it allows you to know whether the site will last and whether its worth the work to put a blog together and add her section to your sites, etc

But if theyre not getting traffic, they aren't getting money and no money = an end to updates.. so..

However given its her husband and her. Theres a chance theyre still updating since the costs are very minimal, if that is the case, jump on it.

Wow a few years ago you would have to 10 X the responses. A sign that most solo programs are dead. When I say the top solo girls getting into LA porn I knew it was because their money has gone down. Girls use to be able to survive off one site not they are doing hardcore in LA.

Oh its went down for sure, now only the top 5 percent make real good money.

The only companies launching big solo girl sites are:

EpicPandaCash, Mutt, Pacino and myself.. basically...

Still a great niche to be in and a crazy profit margin, higher than any other.

You can make your 15k investment back in month and a half.

Its still in the best interests of models to do a site over l.a, those l.a companies shoot the hell out of any fresh face and their content is oversaturated within a year. A solo program and site owner protects that from ever happening and continues to give you a great steady income for 5+ years

They just have to wise up and not be fooled into it by some fan in their chatroom or their boyfriend who says he can do it for them... Or a program who once had some success and thinks things are the same.

I get so many L.A girls wanting sites, sadly its too late for them once they get enough knowledge about the industry and realize what the better route is/was.

Question though. I find hot brand new amateur girls and offer them up here and there are rarely any takers for a solo site even when I can shoot an entire site with like 100 pic sets and 100 videos for $5K-$7k. You say that you can make a quick profit back on a $15k investment....

I work for them now trying to market it. Chris neglected it for quite some time and I'm helping work through a lot of those kinks right now before we full blown hit the market. I've mostly only contacted people I know on a personal level about promotion. But to answer your question, yes the sites still update and the ones that didn't, we will let affiliates know. All of them are slated to get new content shot, though. Chris has other avenues making him plenty of $ to keep the program afloat.

The conversion ratio is surprisingly good. I am going to go through and write down notes for improving this with what we've got now this week actually. Normally, I would push for tours similar to what Psuedonymous has, but these convert just as well as his and other models do for me on my affiliate traffic.

Her husband, her, + me, but it makes money. Right now, the program pays my salary and Chris' gas money to get to the bank. Working to grow that now. :thumbsup

I suspect this is the feeling of many veteran affiliates. At first glance, I would have your same assumptions and not really push it as hard as I would other sites like yours, so this tells me we need to do something to counter that assumption.


The only reason we haven't spammed GFY to death besides how distasteful it is is because I'm working to get some in house sales in to help support any advertising campaigns or anything else we may decide to do in the future. In short, give us a nice cushion to fall back on on the days affiliates aren't pushing galleries, etc. This includes teaching the girls to promote themselves well also. This is exactly what I did with Gisele and it obviously worked, but she's got insanely good looks on her side. :thumbsup


One thing that I would agree with is your notion that under promoted usually means better sales, ESPECIALLY with solo models, is certainly true. Our tours are intended to look like the model or their not tech savvy boyfriend/husband put them up. To guys like us, we think "um.... what 3rd grader did that?" but the data is saying it works.


I am going to link Chris to this thread so he can chime in personally, but I will say the main reason he approached me is because I have experience with solo girl programs not only as an affiliate, but running the pay site side also. Right now we are taking baby steps to avoid running out of money/resources and going under.

I appreciate Trevesty linking me to this thread. It is nice to see that there are some affiliates out there looking to promote a program still. For the last several years we have not really done much of a major push to the site from an affiliate stand point because we really weren't looking to promote with affiliate marketing. We wanted to be more targeted and selective with the traffic to try and keep Ember from being over promoted and die out fast. She also has a very loyal fan base and the site's launch was more for them. However, last year we decided to start pushing the entire program a little more. With that, we hired on Trev, who has already worked with Ember, and along with a few others posted in this thread. Over the past several months we have made some program changes and have a lot of exciting new stuff. As with all programs, we have other minor things coming, but overall, we have laid the foundations for what we feel will be a solid, long lasting program. We have added 3 more models to our portfolio this year alone and are in the midst of shooting content for 3 others. We are also actively recruiting other new models and also have set up a studio location off shore with over 60 girls. So we aren't going anywhere any time soon. What happened to the days of ArielRebel.com and other models that were barely legal? Not that I have a problem with her in her twenties. I still make nice sales with her. But just wondering what happened to girls that are 18 years old. It seemed back in 2004 to 2006 about 50 sites opened up with 20 programs. Now only 4 or 5 programs are left and very few of the girls still update (Ariel, Emily18)...
