Watch your threats man. Seeing as you guys are US based, these could be misconstrued into threats of violence that law enforcement may even look into personally. It's not like it's not public information where to find you or those that know you. All it takes is the wrong person to drop that dime.

Hold on - are you basing this request on the Mike South inspired albeit false assumption that Streamrate owns or is owned by the tube site in question?

If that is the case then you are definitely barking up the wrong tree in the first place. Max knows me well enough to know that I would never bullshit him about something like this and would not chime in unless I knew if for a fact. :2 cents:

They run a Streamate white label and link to it from our stolen content on their theft tube. Thats enough for me.

Someone who runs a Streamate white label stole your content? If thats the case, its not Streamates problem... You need to find the owners of the white label and DMCA them. Streamate will be exactly right to ignore this thread, or cancel your account just out of spite. Starting a thread like this is a big mistake and it won't get you anywhere at all.

What you could do maybe is call your rep at Streamate and tell them about the issue and then ask them what their policy is. Maybe, possibly, they could turn them off, but I doubt it because unless their tos specifically covers it, they might be liable for cutting off a whilte label without a good enough reason, legally.

Do this : Go through the proper channels and issue a dmca. While you wait for them to get to it or if they ignore it, find others that they might be doing business with such as any billing processors, advertisers, etc etc, and email them. Don't threaten, don't issue ultimatums. Be polite, and be prepared to prove that you own it all. It will take time so be prepared. And if a company tells you to piss off, THEN post it here in GFY and let everyone know that the company supports piracy. Don't do it until you know for sure that they won't help you out.

edit: We don't have an account with them and their abuse form locks up. Had to email all of AFF and will be getting a hold of their processors. They were given a chance.

Nothing is more frustrating than having your blood, sweat and tears ripped off, except DMCA'ing the asshole and they ignore you.

I am not sure what calling out streamate on GFY will accomplish other than some cathartic relief. But I hope it helps get your shit taken down.

I actually admire Paully for being so relentless in taking down illegally uploaded copyright material. After all it's his work and money. I wish there could more doing this stuff this way tube sites will be pushed to doing things legally.

I'll seriously reconsider my affiliation with Streamate if they're willing to profit from piracy.
