2257 ID Questions
Hey there GFY friends!
As a backwards Canadian, I have a question about acceptable forms of ID for 2257 model affidavits. According to my research </nerd> the acceptable forms of ID are: passport, driver's license, DMV card and military ID. Since we don't have a DMV and models/soldiers are relatively rare, this leaves only passports and driver's licenses. When we have models who don't know how to drive (no judgment -- I don't either!) what other options can we use for a second form of ID? We could ask for health cards (they're a thing here!) or birth certificates, which seems reasonable to me, but of course we want to go by the book. Any help would be very appreciated! |

That was really helpful. Thanks so much!

We've always required our models to provide copies of their birth certificate, driver's license (if they have one) and photo health card (if possible).
We're in Ontario. |
That is also a great help. Great to have a Canadian perspective.

better have the maximum possible and not take any chances.

Many countries have a government approved 18+ card for adults who dont have a drivers license.
