I just do not imagine Bill gates or Ikea guy types buying it (and not because Ikea guy does not waste money).
The type of people who would buy it would be those who got rich in "Russian privatization" style or oil dudes and similar type.
I just do not imagine well educated, decent person buying it, as you say it is not practical, so mostly for show off "look at how rich I am" and you know what kind of person likes to show off the wealth and what kind of person likes to remain a decent guy (even if with a ferrari or lambo).
