Massachusetts court says 'upskirt' photos are legal
http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/05/us/mas...html?hpt=hp_t2
Massachusetts' highest court ruled Wednesday that it is not illegal to secretly photograph underneath a person's clothing -- a practice known as "upskirting" -- prompting one prosecutor to call for a revision of state law. The high court ruled that the practice did not violate the law because the women who were photographed while riding Boston public transportation were not nude or partially nude. "A female passenger on a MBTA trolley who is wearing a skirt, dress, or the like covering these parts of her body is not a person who is 'partially nude,' no matter what is or is not underneath the skirt by way of underwear or other clothing," wrote Justice Margot Botsford of the state Supreme Judicial Court. |
It's still a creepy and disgusting thing to do. If I ever caught somebody doing that to my wife or kids, I'd fucking snap their fucking neck right then and there. Anybody that supports this ruling should have their kneecaps snapped.
My guess is that the case was presented wrong. |

im sure there will be a new law that fixes this :2 cents::2 cents::2 cents:

1) From the voyeur's side - why is looking up a skirt any more thrilling that walking down a beach in summer? You see the same thing right? For #2, I have to admit, I'm male so I wouldn't understand... but: 2) Why do women detest being spied up the skirt, yet walk down a beach in the skimpiest of bikinis possible? I'm using the beach/bikini scenario as my sole example of no real difference in what is seen, with the caveat that yes, lingerie isn't the same as a bikini (but not far from) and you don't have ST wings sticking out from bikini bottoms... But that aside, I don't get it, from both perspectives. Certainly not to the limit of "breaking someone's neck" :error |

As for the rest, I do not advocate breaking a neck for non-consentual upskirt looking. But I think it would be ok to shove that cell phone/camera in their eye socket. Or perhaps break a finger or two to stop them clicking. It is less for the punishement of the perpetrator and more to send a message to other perverts considering doing the same. |
