Used to be the rules of engagement weren't "I think I see something that could be a gun I better kill them", they were do NOT fire unless fired upon. Now we have these fucking cunt cops that are being trained that their safety is more important than the ones they are supposed to be there to protect. Population of South Africa is about 51 million which means 0.001 percent of the population were shot and killed by police.

This means you are about 80 times more likely to be shot and killed by the police in South Africa than you are in the US.
