I'm looking for solo model sites using Elevated-X or other CMS products... Just to compare the options

Vanilla Deville has two sites: her old CCBill site and a new ModelCentro site. http://new.vanilladeville.com/ It looks ModelCentro has a built-in affiliate program too.

Very cool. I'd like to see some others if people have them available.

Elevatedx is the option but you should know how to integrate your design in their setup or else you will be investing more money to hire a programmer. Carma from NATS people as well is the option.

Does anyone remember a stand-alone, downloadable called "UpDate'em" or if its even still supported by rogue programmers?

It would update/rotate according to a member's join date so they always had fresh content on whatever basis you needed - weekly, big-weekly, etc... - whenever they logged in.

Any CMS that still does this sort of thing?

I don't know if someone else has already mentioned it, but have you seen porncms.com? They seem a little more cost effective than elevated x.

Don't know how they compare features wise but did want to throw it in just in case you haven't seen it yet.

Our most popular feature lets you upload 1 video file and have the CMS convert it into multiple formats including Flash, Divx, MPG, MOV, WMV, Mobile 3GP & MP4 and MP4 for the iPad. The CMS will also cut the video into clips and take screencaps of each clip as well as take a series of screencaps from the full video, crop thumbnails and create a photo gallery automatically.

My Social Network definition is a little more than embed widgets. Extends also Tumblr and Instagram feeds.

Please fix the mentions of Elevated X on your site. It's false advertising. Very sad way to market a new product and it says a lot about the type of business person you are and how you conduct business.

We have our main product http://www.online-webcam.net/ and camazee is a solution for single models at lower price but based on the same software.
Camazee is fairly new and we don't have examples yet, but I can show examples of our main product.

We have also mobile version for customers end but models should broadcast from desktop PC.

As you can see, there are several different types of design preferences used for this different sites. The beauty with MAS over other CMS' is that you have complete freedom to make any design you want, and you are not constricted to a set of templates provided by the CMS provider. FULL design freedom is important to not having to look just like all other sites out there.

In fairness Oy and with due respect, this isn't entirely accurate. Any fully open/unencoded templates for a CMS (any CMS on the market - yours, ours, and others too) can typically be edited fully and in no way limits someone as to what they can do with the design.

Not one single example site I posted above looks like any of the other example sites and all were changed by modifying HTML/CSS within the Smarty framework the Elevated X CMS uses.

I'm a designer myself and also code HTML and CSS. I closed a design business with a staff of 3 in 2008 to focus solely on Elevated X so I'm not saying this as a competitor of yours but as someone with hands on experience with templated scripts...the sole limitation is the skill level and experience of the designer with a specific template format.

AJ, we?ve never said EX (or any other CMS) templates cannot be edited, it is all about how easy it is to modify them by non-programmers. Moreover, that is what we hear by customers and partners who have worked with both systems, is that the Smarty templates (and Elevated-X in particular) are harder to work with compared to the proprietary template-engine in MAS which we have created and perfected for 12 years especially for this business.

In addition, Mansion Productions, having its own design department and being more than ?hands-on? involved in the development of many client sites from the creative idea, through templates, to loading the content in the CMS. We have very good experience and understanding of what is needed from the CMS templates, and expanding MAS? capabilities when a lack of a feature shows up.

For some reason I seem to be a thread killer - it happens so often when I post, that my post is the last one in the thread. :upsidedow

You're not the only one who hears things. We hear things about competing CMS systems as well, including yours. All I'll say is that both products have their merits and their flaws and leave it at that. Can't blame you for taking a jab at me though :)
