Can someone send me or link me to a really simple one? I need to protect a idea that im going to share with someone.

I always laugh when I hear someone say: "my lawyer will create a contract and NDA that you need to sign before we begin"... and they send over some bullshit form they downloaded off the web... :1orglaugh

That bullshit though will hold up in court (obviously depending on what you actually download), but even the simplest of legal documents hold weight in court and the intention is still there. Judges realize that not everybody can afford hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees. :2 cents:

NDA forms don't work. It needs to be very specific & well drafted for it to be truly enforceable.

Your better solution is to trademark/patent/copyright the idea before you share it. Or if it's a script register it with the Writers Guild.
