WP Video Player Plugin Help

I recently purchased an HTML5 video player for one of my sites. For some reason, the video player only appears in a post when the permalink structure is set to the WP default (p=123). When set to post-name permalink structure, the video player doesn't show up in the post at all.

Any help you could lend would be appreciated!

He was unresponsive because of the holiday weekend. I was hoping it was a minor tweak that I could do myself.
