Not cropped off by me, supplied by models who I doubt cropped them off. After all without the models there would be no photos and it is fair enough that they use their work to find more.

I never understand why people feel comfortable posting other people's photos here on the forum even if they aren't explicitly taking credit for the images. Guess they don't have confidence in their own pics or just don't have any so they help themselves to other peoples' images.

Who would you hurt by having the photographs removed, certainly not me, I am not there agent or have any business with them.

They asked my to post to help them find work. They sent me the pictures they wanted to use. You lot get your knickers in a twist.

Or maybe they are just doing what the models requested, because they are the ones looking for work, and they know which pictures they want to show.

The girls I shoot are not, except for a selection of images I give them. They get paid to model, I retain copyright, I decide who gets to use them and who doesn't. Those that don't have permission either get a DMCA or a letter from my solicitor in the majority of cases, others get an invoice.

For sheer arrogance and ignorance, your host and associated services would have had a DMCA from me by now.

Yes you have those rights, you can be as tight assed as you want.

But as they are not your photographs, and the photographer whose they are gave them to the model.

Don't want them used - don't give them to the model.

It is common practice in the creative industries for people to send show reels of films ads they have worked on, but are others copyright, in order to find work. As this is not a commercial exploitation of the work but just being shown as an example.

You don't have to tell me how it works I know. I just think your attitude is disgusting (but typical) considering what else has been posted.
