If you go to the YouTube page where this video was posted and then follow one of the comments to the original YouTube page where it was first posted the poster explains that this is colorized film mostly from Berlin and some from Munich and that it is not all from 1900 exactly, but some of the footage up to 1914 which is why you see more motor vehicles and different clothing styles
