certifiedhosting not loading
 
my site is not loading yesterday i was getting server errors i reported it they rely very quickly but today the site is down also their website is not loading anyone else having probs

I used to have a server there a couple years ago and support answers anywhere from a few hours to 24hrs. Support is also Indian, hardly speaks English and is incompetent.

Though if you only run WP blogs it might be fine for you.

I've had a dedicated server for years, support is instant in chat and within a few hours max through the ticket system and I haven't had a second of downtime for the entire duration. I have never once spoken to an Indian for customer service either. Actually trying to figure out if you have them confused with someone else because this is retarded.

100% agree...
Certified has never had my sites down in over three years...and when I have called for support, I have never...not once...been shipped off to India.
Just someone with a grudge, or is severely mistaken posting this nonsense.

Are you referring us, Certified Hosting having outsourced support?
If so, you are majorly mistaken. Our support is 100% in house and English speaking.

I really cannot answer that without knowing your specific issue.

Posting a ticket that you requested a cancellation does not indicate there was any issues with our support or services.

If we did something wrong, I would happily and publicly admit it. Just because we don't outsource our support, does not make us perfect.

thats all i want to know that there was an issue

and i am on a shared not dedicated its a small site i do not need a dedicated server
i expect and get hic ups i usually leave it for an hour or 2 and its all fine

but i now get "missing A Temporary Folder" when uploading files all over the net it says change the php.ini file which we can not, but why do i need to change anything when it comes and goes
