I would like to know if I can take full videos, see also videos of 15-20 minutes on xvideos youporn or via the embed link and put these links on my site?

and how it goes to Legality level there is a problem is that the site that hosts the video (or youporn xvideos) which may have problem or my site? and this has already happened to someone here or someone you know?

If the tube provides an "embed" link, doesn't that constitute permission? (this assumes the tube owner has permission to display the content on the original site).

He can take video by two ways - either by scrapping and downloading video to it's tube site,or by embedding.If he does first method,then he is legally responsible for that content,if just embedding then he is not as content is not actually hosted on his server.
