Google has always been at war with link traders, link buyers, affiliates, "thin content", etc.

Should be obvious but there is constantly a thread on th front page crying about this.

Google does not like you unless you put something original on the net. Even if you've not shown up on their radar for years you will never be safe.

Tube Site = fine.

Tube Site that uses the same fucking videos as everyone else = penalties.

Hand made cam site that links to third party cams but adds original content = fine.

White label cam sites = penalties.

Linking to relevant sites naturally = fine, even if they link back to you.

Link trades or link purchases of any kind = penalties.

Site that works on mobile or has it's own mobile version = fine.

Selling mobile traffic to some shit program that has none of your content = go fuck yourself.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

This is pre kindergarten level SEO. Google does not owe you a God damned thing just because you parked some content that everyone else uses on top of your shitty domain.

Build something useful and people will come. So will Google, and they won't think you are fucking retarded.

Tell that to the pages and pages of idiots here that can't grasp why a search engine wouldn't want to link to their piece of shit white label.

1# Law of SEO: simple rule to always rank well in Google... put your content on one of their properties i.e. youtube, Google hangouts, blogger etc. and then see what happens

:2 cents: it

Relentless 07-26-2014 02:52 AM

Google wants what is best for Google. Figure out how to make money in ways that also benefit Google.
That is the #1 rule of SEO in 2014

arock10 07-26-2014 05:16 AM

You forgot

Adult = penalties
Adult = pirates to the top

hmmm can't agree with the white labels, I created one 2 years ago (livecam) and used GSA Ser to generate some backlinks, the site gets a nice amount of traffic lately, can't really analyze from which search engine it comes, but I don't care, its money without work now ;)

Barry-xlovecam 07-26-2014 07:37 AM

  • Unique Value Proposition
  • Return Visits
  • Time Spent on the Website
  • Few (apparent) out links

Unique content is a factor but how well is video content indexed by GôôgleBot? It's the tube's page text creating the SERPs in it's ranking of the above 4 items.
  • Unique Value Proposition
    I can fap for free here, or;
    this porn site has something worth paying for so I have to pay to fap here.
  • Return Visits
    I can go back and fap free, or;
    I am paying to fap here I want to get my money's worth.
  • Time Spent on the Website
    I like to fap here!
  • Few (apparent) out links
    Lots of stuff to fap to on this domain I'll post links to it on my Facebook, Twitter, other page -- real inbound links

Cookie cutter sites and link farms have been dead for sometime now.

Affiliate sites have to have an angle, usually some editorial comment or affiliate created content. Captain Obvious has spoken :P but to many these points get lost apparently -- hence the BWAH! GOOGLE posts ...

Best-In-BC 07-26-2014 07:54 AM

Yeah, that affiliate market is still there, just too much bs here, at the largest adult forum that discourages everyone.

Geting sitewide links TO your site or having sitewide links on your site?
Wordpress is most popular CMS and they naturally have sitewide links, that is one of the reasons many people have those links.

What about bounce rate? Minor factor or not a factor at all since you did not include it?

You would satisfy all four or 3 of the criteria above? Then the bounce rate would be low -- that is a given.

You can't have a actual low (>70% ... 30%?) bounce rate without hitting those named touchpoints. It's seeing the forest not the trees sort of thing ...
