Does anyone know how to get in touch with an actual person -- like one with a NAME -- at Streamate?
 
Hoping someone can help. It has recently come to our attention that the weekly studio checks for our model's cam earnings from Streamate have stopped coming.

They used to arrive each and every Monday without fail, but then in June they suddenly they stopped for no apparent reason. Now it's been almost three months with nothing, and 11 checks that they claim were sent have not arrived. Our address and all account information have not changed and all and everything looks correct in our online admin account with them, so I have no idea why all of a sudden we would be missing 11 checks in a row.

When I brought this to their attention, the only response I got was literally this:

When I pointed out to them that they need to actually investigate this and find out why/how nearly a dozen checks that we had been getting regularly would all of a sudden go missing, and not just tell me to ?reissue payment? this is the response I got:

Those are all the most recent checks issued. If you have not received them you will want to first ensure the address for payments is correct on your studio account (if there have been any changes to this then that would ofcourse cause checks not to arrive at the right place) Then you will want to consider changing this address anyways if you have had 11 checks go missing. All we can do is send the check to the address you have on file which we have done.

Once you resolve the payment address issue please click the reissue payment and request a reissued payment for the checks missing.

Of course we already checked our address before that reply came in, but all we get from this anonymous individual is canned answers they copy/paste off of their cue cards.

Does anyone know an ACTUAL person with a NAME who works at Streamate who we can address this with and who is actually accountable?

It's disgraceful that a company with thousands of cam models that takes 65% - 70% of the model's money can't be bothered to have some real human beings handing problems like this. They have zero live support and all they offer is this anonymous email bullshit which has nothing but unhelpful answers that provide only the obvious.
