Ok maybe my title is exaggerating a bit but they are testing ICBMs....

usa and russia will test deadly weapon till the end of world

Not that long ago I recall a test of one of the StarWars systems to prove it could take out a ICBM style missile and it was a success.

Hope they paid the electric bill on that.
