Actually there are a bunch of great new features... Look around

I don't have it yet but I'm guessing you overlooked some things as we all know it's a Superior Device and Superior Operating System. :thumbsup
|
I'm happy you guys are finally getting caught up with yesterdays technology. :)
Ohh! And the one button design is dreadful. Don't be jealous I have a back button. |
Special? Feature release is just and excuse. It comes with security fixes. Although just like Windozs I’m sure they broke something else with these fixes

i agree it's nothing special considering they advertised it as "the biggest update since app store"....
|
lol if this is biggest update ever, it's just classic polish
|
|
something unlike iPhone :)

the so called the "biggest update since the Appstore" beyond disappointing in my opinion,
And quite embarrassing when after I compared it in person with a friends samsung S5 :321GFY $900 for an iPhone 6? Airplane mode better take me on vacation |

I fucking hate what they did with the bookmarks menu in Safari in iOS8 on iPad. You pick a bookmarked site to go to and the bookmark menu remains as a side window. Now you have to click the bookmarks icon a second time for the menu to disappear. In iOS7 the bookmarks menu would disappear automatically as soon as you picked a site.

Porsche model has the same hardware as Q10, except for the luxury looks and the price (around $2k). BlackBerry Classic is the same as Q10 when it comes to hardware, except it will have the tool-belt (call keys and trackpad) in the middle. It's a model for all the people that are still using old OS7 phones. A notice for those who are not familiar with BB's anymore: all those new phones are not using the old BlackBerry OS7, but a new BlackBerry 10 OS, based on QNX (the most reliable micro-kernel OS used by nuclear plants, Formula 1 bolids, factory machines, even your air-conditioner). http://crackberry.com/sites/crackber...?itok=alzI2tuG You can check out more details about this baby if you are still interested in: BlackBerry Passport. The user experience is really amazing. I'm in love with my Q10 (QWERTY device) and will never get used to touch-only phones. I didn't know there's more people here liking BlackBerry phones. :smilie_we |
Gradual, subtle changes that allow the end user to remain comfortable and not jump ship and maintains brand loyalty.
Sounds like smart business to me. |

They can both repeat til their heads turn blue that all the major apps are available, it's all about apps and they're either unavailable or subpar. I'd buy the BB passport. but does it have a talking dictionary app I need? no. Does my broker have an app? no. My bank? no. DMX lighting controller? no. etc. Other people will miss native Nike +, Netflix, etc. These things tip the scale, phones need to do more than secure email and internet browsing these days. |

Never owned a BB but just bought a Nokia Lumia 930. Also a great phone that has everything iPhone 6 calls new like NFC and OIS. Something Nokia phones have had for a couple of years, including wireless charging. Running WP 8.1.1 with live folders and everything works pretty smooth. I haven't found apps to be a huge problem these days, but then again I use 20-30 apps and have the most important to me. Best of all - price was only little over half of the price of iPhone 6. |

Crapple fanboys are brainwashed to the level of speaking out of their assess :1orglaugh By the way - Ios8 copied some functions from BB10. Yeah, that is how BB is "lagging behind". Lol. |

I had an iPhone for around the last 4 years.
I got an Android phone a few months back and it sucks balls in comparison. |

No need for iPhone when there are so many other great choices out there. |

There are plenty of other android flagmans (some without crappy samsung bloat software), also there are windows phones, also smooth BB 10 phones and so on. |

like i said, it depends on the individual situation but that you need to hack Android phones is as false as that Windows does bluescreens all the time or you never need to restart Macs or Linux can be installed without problems ;) |

At least this explains why Apple continues to loose market share, and why 78% of the phones are now Android phones: http://www.businessinsider.com/iphon...t-share-2014-5 |
