Any advertising programs paying per impression?
 

Last night I had an argue with a friend of mine about CPC vs CPI (visits vs ad impressions). Maybe I made a mistake with the terminology, since I'm unfamiliar with mainstream advertising, but you got my point: visits vs ad impressions.

Is there any adult advertising program that's paying per ad impression (instead of per visit)? I've found a lot of them in mainstream, but not really sure about adult.

I am only familiar with PPC (Pay Per Click) or CPC in Adult. The upside to this type of advertising is that you basically receive free advertising, only costing you if you receive a click. Just curious, what are the reasons that you would rather pay for impressions than clicks?

no specific reasons. it was just a discussion about which model could bring you more revenue. it might be interesting to try the 2nd model on sites which have a lot of pageviews, like social networks or dating sites.
