Old photoshop plugins for 32bit won't work with 64 bit Photoshop CC?

It's pretty common for 32-bit plug-ins to not work with 64-bit installs. Not just Photoshop, but many programs. You might be able to download a "bridge" plug-in that someone may have created which allows you to "bridge" the 32-bit to the 64-bit. Try searching for that.

That happens often with PS. Sometimes it takes a bit for the plugins to have updates.
