if this is for a design company, I would expect it to be more.. eye catching, less generic

For what it's worth... I like. Clean design. Easy on the eye. :thumbsup

If you want to know my views about your design, then i think that your design is too good and precious, i had ever seen in my life. Every point of this design is created by a great thinking. No one mistake at all.

Clean, straightforward design. I like it!
