Moniker.com no one answers
 

Hello guys, i don't know if this is the right section to post this topic but i could'nt find a better one.
i have a problem with moniker.com, they suspended most of their customer accounts for unknown reasons, so i can't get access t my account and renew my domains, they don't answer to the tickets and to the phone, they look simply disappeared.
Anybody knows what to do in such a situation ? how can i move my domains without getting access to moniker ?

I can't login either, and I can't transfer since "domain contacts did not respond to verification e-mail".

I just remade the sites on new domains, which probably isn't the best solution for everyone. Hope you can work it out.

Try ICANN or the TLDs administrator for assistance. Be sure to cite your inability to get assistance from the registrar so they do not refer you back to them.
