buy vpn, that is the best solution imho :2 cents: for few dollars per month i have twenty or so locations over the world ... :2 cents: have luck with website, you should try some web proxies :)

Do you use chrome? Try the Chrome "Hola Better Internet" plugin.. Or use a VPN like Teencat said.

If you are serving content to/for that country: just change the browser language to French, Japanese or whatever.

If it is an IP access issue you would need a VPN with that country's IP or the addon proxies suggested above (if they can have access).
