We usually have duck on Christmas Eve and turkey on the big day. Usual trimmings with both. Roast pots, brussel sprouts, parsnips, carrots, pigs in blankets, stuffing etc.

Soup before then for main meal I eat steak, wife eats turkey. Different kind of potatoes, veg and other goodies. To wrap it all up, as if we need more food, we feast on some sort of double chocolate fudge cake with pouring cream.

Most likely we will be doing Turkey and Ham with the trimmings. We have a family coming to visit with us. They are in bad shape money wise so the entire dinner is on us and we are going to grab some Gift cards for the kids.

I stuff spam inside of a chicken then stuff that inside of a turkey then inside a suckling pig and finally inside a whole hog.

I'm kind of having three Christmas dinners. On the 19th I am going to a dinner at mom's. The place she lives in (assisted living center) puts on a big dinner. I think it is going to Salmon and I'm not sure what else.

My GF is going out of town with her family so we are going to go out to dinner a few days before Christmas. We will likely go to this Irish pub place we both like and have some Scottish eggs, killer mac and cheese and bread pudding. On Christmas day I'm going to my brothers. I have no idea what he is making.

Family dinner at the bf's place will be 2 bbq smoked whole chickens, 2 different types of quiche, whipped sweet potatoes, stuffing croquettes, quinoa with cranberries & pecans, fennel & kale, shrimp cocktail appe-teaser, haven't decided on the dessert yet. Food and wine coma alert :helpme
