By nature, I am not a litigious person, but after enduring over 2 years of relentless attempts to cause financial and personal harm to my business and my personal life, and ironically having to answer to the recent ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit against me, it was time to move forward with legal action. It?s unfortunate that Shy chose not to take advantage of this opportunity to sell her agency for more than it was worth, and be able to open another agency in violation of an agreement and do so without any recourse. Instead, she has chosen to open up the lid to ?Pandora?s Box?. I have been an avid poker player for 30 years, and every so often you?re dealt a hand where you not only have the best cards, often referred to as ?Holding the Nuts?, but your opponent bets and raises into you ?All in?, and I simply respond with?. ?I call?. Mike South didn't interfere in any federal investigation, he didn't pay me or others to hack Donnys site, and certainly didn't cause any federal agency to stop looking at Donny Long..You have no fucking clue what your talking about...The FBI reached out to a bunch of people, including members of this forum..In the end, the case came down to HIPPA violations and the cost of prosecution, Donny didn't hack anything, so there was no real case and since Donny was and still is in Thailand, the case just sits there open.. |

We're getting a little off-topic here, but... I was there as well and I too can confirm that there were at least two different divisions of the feds working on the PWL matter. I know this from personal experience, as I was contacted. Maybe there was more, but I know of two. I've said all I have to say about the way the PWL matter was reported at the time, but I appreciate your effort to not portray TRPWL in a negative light. Thank you.
