I take it as, if I look at my surroundings as being not enough, less than I deserve, less than others have, unchallenging, then I have a tiny, disappointing life. If I look at the same things as being low maintenance, low stress, more than most people in the world have, and as much free time as I want, I have a rich, fulfilling life.
