If it's REALLY true, that's quite a set of balls. But then again it's Daily Mail, so I wouldn't be surprised if they twisted his words in the worst horrible fashion...

the translation 'fuck off' is way more harsh than the actual dutch words. A better translation would be 'get the hell out'

Much of the Islamic world looks down on Morocco as not being "very Islamic" Considering the number of drunken brawls over prostitutes and hashish I was in...I believe him. Animism and witchcraft still pretty active there as well.

It's a little bit blurred as the dutch also use the term "fuck off" a lot nowadays...

An english politician who says 'fuck' would be on the same level if a dutch politician would say 'kut'. Not 'rot op'.

Fuck off isnn't really literally translate-able in a way that you would have a valid dutch word: "Neuk weg"? not possible...
The other way around: "opgerot/oprotten" also isn't litarlly tranlate-able into English in a way how "opgerot" is meant to...

I do not agree... "Fuck" as a single word (neuk or kut) means something different then "Fuck" with an additive like "fuck off". If you would translate "Fuck off" you wouldn't translate it into "neuk weg"or "kut weg". You also wouldn't translate it into "wegwezen" because the word "fuck"sounds to agressive for it. So... as "fuck off" isn't litterally translate-able... the tone of that word matches best with "oprotten".... and for that reason i think it's an adequate translation....

But that's mho...
