2. How often do your payouts go out?

Affiliate commissions are paid out on a monthly basis. Payouts are sent on the 15th of the month for the previous calendar month.

They pay once a month on the 16th, payments I assume going out Monday.

Yes, they've actually been an incredibly reliable program with respect to payments.
