Payout appears to be 8 cents on the dollar, within a period of whenever the fuck they feel like it, initiated by a minimum of four e-mails/complaints/threats, delivered by closing your eyes and visualizing a check really, really hard until it almost seems real, cuz that's as close as you're gonna get.
