i used trafficholder they only sent me traffic from some forsaken tubes (targeted niche).
what the average conversion with skimmed or pop-under traffic with ad networks ?

due to that absurd performance i asked trafficholder a refund they were very nice people .

still my question need answer where to get bulk poor traffic that not really POO?
