Rabbit is delicious, it's one of my favourite meats. It's also quite healthy, as it's low in fat. You can cook it in a pot in the oven with thyme, garlic and chopped carrots, it's really lovely.

I eat it as well but that one looks a bit more tasty.

Sure, and it tastes good (just don't think of it as a rodent -- it is).

"Buggs" looks good enough to eat BTW.

Sure, rabbit and horse many times in France where it's a staple. Horse is sold seperately in "horse-only butchers", while dressed rabbits appear like this in random marketplaces:
