I'm getting hit up every week by someone who works for a new company I've never heard of. Hard to know who to trust these days...

I think they are some Russian company and they look shady to me...

Don't put funds with them as if you lose your credit card they will use their TOS and tell you to fuck off as the only way they refund is using the CC you used to deposit.

I have $900 stuck in there and let them know they can Wire, Check, Paypal, Paxum, Payoneer me... but their accounting is so stuck up!

They are a russian based ad-network. Depends what you want to do with them. I have never bought traffic from them so I can't tell you if they do well and convert. We have sold traffic to them and often get malware alerts and havent sold to them in years. I think they have quite a bit of PC support advertisers. They don't seem to have strict rules when it comes to who they let advertise.

If you promote mainstream offers, then you need to work with them as there is'nt much choice in mainstream compared to adult which have billions of ad networks.

To be more accurate, i was reffering to popunder traffic. Everything else is display/text based.

In popunder traffic there is also some good choices beside propeller.

I think i checked all of these and they have very small traffic compared to propellerads.
Basically for popunder mainstream traffic i find following 4 to have traffic:
Propellerads, adcash,popads.net and popcash . Everything else is too small traffic to make sense.
