Girl posts picture of some random graffiti on instagram, faces possible prison time

Unfortunately for her, it was some graffiti showing a picture of a french cop with a bullet in his head. She didnt know who it was and she didnt create the artwork, but she's already been found guilty of criminal harassment. Isn't this like driving by a murder scene, taking a picture of the dead body, then being convicted of murder? Well maybe not, but it's just as absurd. |

Wow... that's bullshit right there.

Why you no post the artwork?

lame. But hey, maybe this is the solution to stop all these pretentious hipsters photographing every random thing and post it as if it is art.

Apparently there is much more to the story than her just posting a pic of some urban art.

She accompanied the post with hashtags such as 1cop1bullet and Policeisscum. You can't claim after that you did not know who it was. She even @ the Police of Montreal. It's looks more like a typical case of utter stupidity to me :2 cents: |
