XVIDEOS ignoring DMCA reports?

What the fuck is going on over there the past few months.

Bladewire 04-26-2015 02:11 AM

You should get a DMCA agent. Pornguardian.

Why, Bladewire. Do they like automated emails better than their own form submit?

Bladewire 04-26-2015 02:28 AM

I'm trying to help you. An effective DMCA is your advocate with connections. Check my post history, in all these years this is the 3rd company I've ever recommended.

Yep, That may be the issue.

I didn't have an issue the past few months.

isn't that funny? you have to jump through hoops to satisfy people who have stolen your own content.

What's also funny is the way illegal tubes are promoting stolen content on social media and sites like MyVidster, and other aggregates.

In their desperation to stay on top of eachother and be seen, many of them have destroyed their safe harbor. When you look at the coding of their submissions on various social media sites there are a few clear dead giveaways which I wont list.

Aside from coding it's clear that content is being seen, described, and chosen for promotion. As any good marketer does they choose specific content to market for specific sites at just the right intervals.

I have a feeling the fake "biggest fan uploading" charade is coming to an end and some people are going to pay a heavy price. :2 cents:

You really think those parasites give a shit?

They do NOT create anything except a tube of other people's work.

The least thing they are worried about is who actually created/owns the rights to said work.

That simply gets in the way of their entire business model.

They actually care a lot about who's content they're putting up. I'm not addressing XVideos specifically.

Do you see American Idol or Avatar on those "non monitored" "safe harbor" illegal tubes? Imagine all the crazy shit people post that never hits the site. If they didn't monitor what was posted you wouldn't have a themed tube site :2 cents:

EpicPanda 04-27-2015 02:16 PM

bump for files still up

Bladewire 04-28-2015 02:05 PM

They down yet?

lezinterracial 05-05-2015 01:15 PM

Still up? Just noticed scat and vomit vid on their front page. Must have had some staff cutbacks or something.

Bullshit! They don't care one fucking bit about anything except money.

What the fuck are you talking about American Idol? Are you off your medication? Why the fuck would xtube want a non porn movie on a porn site to start with?

Do you work for them or just suck the owners cock?

Oh you misinterpreted what I said. Let me re-state:

If they didn't monitor what goes live on their site, anyone could post anything, like: American Idol, murder, suicide, etc. all stuff that would get them in deep shit. Monitoring what content is on your tube violates the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA.

Safe harbor primer for you:

(A)(i) does not have actual knowledge that the material or an activity using the material on the system or network is infringing;

(ii) in the absence of such actual knowledge, is not aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent; or

(iii) upon obtaining such knowledge or awareness, acts expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material;

(B) does not receive a financial benefit directly attributable to the infringing activity, in a case in which the service provider has the right and ability to control such activity; and

(C) upon notification of claimed infringement as described in paragraph (3), responds expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.

Actually, Bladewire is kinda on the ball.

I once saw episodes of a Korean drama uploaded onto Xvideos. I didn't end up fapping for 10 minutes because I was too busy laughing and telling my friends XD

I don't know what drama it was, I just know from the clothing and language that it was Korean.

Xvideos to me, is quite unfiltered with the content it shows. I've seen some fucked up things on the front page, not just Korean drama lol

And its even funnier when the pornstars themselves retweet links to the full length stolen videos featuring them

And it's even funnier watching a Nightline special about how the tubes are destroying our industry and them listing the biggest tubes for the viewers

Actually Nightline's business isn't affected by showing people the source of free porn, however on the other hand the business of pornstars is :)
