Myfreecams vs Chaturbate affiliate?
 

Which one of these programs do you recommend? Myfreecams (via CrakRevenue) or Chaturbate?

I would like to know about your own experiences and opinions.

As far as I know, MyFreeCams with CrakRevenue allows you only to either link to the main page, an specific chat room, or a special landing page (free exposed cams).

While chaturbate has a lot more linking options (random chat room, etc). Also they give a lot more promo tools than myfreecams and even a whitelabel option.

Yet, myfreecams seems very attractive as its catalogue of models is so juvenile feminine and exquisite that I am sure it is irresistible for most people. However, chaturbate offers a more hardcore experience with even live heterosexual sex (while MFC is female only).

Which one has worked better for you? Chaturbate seems more easy to promote, with more tools (more linking options, embedable chat window, etc), and more brandable with its whitelabel; while myfreecams gives only links and some banners. Also, chaturbate gives 20% while myfreecams gives only 15%.

Reading that chaturbate seems better, but perhaps myfreecams is better converting customers, so it may compensate for the disadvantages?

That kind of questions is the one I need you to answer me. Does MFC surpass chaturbate conversing ratio? Also, is the chaturbate whitelabel good? Do they still use the canonical tag? Has it been a disadvantage?

In my case, with my custom strategy, a whitelabel would be very useful, if and only if the canonical thing is not longer a problem, because it could make the whole strategy fail. With myfreecams I would have to apply very complex creative strategies to promote it with my brand.

So, which one is better according to your experience?

And please, don't talk about other cams sites unless they use the same business model than these two (you know, that one similar to the strip club model, in which everyone sees, and some give tips). The older model of private room only is, honestly, obsolete, and less attractive; and harder to convert as an affiliate.

Hey Duk, may I suggest promoting both, although, less is sometimes more. So maybe with less options, crak have noticed their options sell.

I have daily live shows included in a pass to my site, although, I still use both myfreecams & adultwork to cam most days.

I promote both and also just started with flirt4free. I seem to do best with Chaturbate, but I promote them everywhere on all my sites. Crakrevenue also has some other cam sites you can promote too.

I like Chaturbate's, Iframes. Chaturbate's white labels are good too, but google doesn't like white labels. You have to find other ways to drive traffic to it.

I believe you should try both and see which works best for you. And always be ready to switch what you promote, just in case an affiliate program bans you or just closes up shop.

My camgirls used to do a lot better on Chaturbate, lately they are making a little more on MFC but only by a little and it varies week to week. I know you are asking as an affiliate but for revshare, camgirl earnings would affect that.

MFC and Chaturbate have pretty similar business models, it's just a matter of who's on and who your customer connects with. I don't think there's a clear winner at this point, unless it's both of them vs everybody else.

Only problem is the models arent exclusive, so they go into "private" often = not as many tips. But the quality of the models have hade a significant boost the last few months

You must test for yourself. Everyone's traffic and brand is different. Do an A/B split.

Biggest problem with MFC for me is that they do not have XML Feeds :(

I promote only Chaturbate and I can say that is a pretty good program but every program can be a gold mine if you have the right traffic !

Chaturbate is a much better option. Chaturbate is one of my biggest earners. They are awesome. Crakrevenue sucks. I earned practically nothing promoting MFC through them and dropped them after several months of very poor results. With Chaturbate you are dealing directly with the cam provider (no middleman). While Crakrevenue is a middleman and skims most of the profit to be made. Chaturbate has tons of linking and promo options. Crakrevenue has very few. Need I say more.

MyFreeCams is a phenomenal cam platform -- it's a beast! We've sent more leads to MFC than we can count.

We're sorry you haven't done well with it, but many of ours affiliates have. Chaturbate's a great company too, but to say we're lacking in options isn't really fair nor true when you factor in our landing pages (You use FreeCamsExposed.com to send traffic to MFC if you don't want to send directly to the homepage or model).

FCE has been a tremendous success over the years and we consider this a great way to promote MFC if you're seeking additional options-- I mean, our FCE guide literally walks each visitor step-by-step in creating their free account (when a free account isn't even madatory to use MFC) :D

Then of course there's also Direct Model Linking at MFC by entering the model's #username at the end of your link code.

I just can't ignore the CANONICAL thing. At least they have robots.txt set to block everything so google can't see the canonical thing. But, ideally, it should be more like webcamwiz with its whitelabels; they let you make your own blog, put your own banners, etc.

Or perhaps webcamwiz should be slightly more like chaturbate...

1. MyFreeCams RevShare - 15%
2. MyFreeCams PPL - starting payout $2.50 for every free registration
3. FreeCamsExposed.com - same as above ($2.50 PPL)
4. FreeCamsExposed.com Revshare (MFC promotion through landing page, which still pays 15% revshare on MFC token buys)
