I watched that movie again the other day on Netflix. It's kind of a strange classic..

never minded clowns.. even like a few of them

AKA Insane Clown Posse.. as a kid in the 70's I like kiss with face paint so it only seemed right in the early 90's I got into ICP :1orglaugh (a lil metal, rap, and a lot of comedy)

My son has never forgiven me for playing that movie for him and his two friends with the lights off and the smoke machine on. To this day he is terrified of clowns and marionettes

because they're fucking scary. period.
