Contact for ExoClick?

Anyone have a good contact for exoclick? Someone got my username / password and changed the email address. Been getting the run around from customer service for the past week. Was just told today they are keeping the $600 that was in the account and I should create a new account.

just use the ticket system... they'll reply.

I, along with many others have spent huge sums of money with them buying traffic. Many make huge sums selling their traffic through exoclick. Whenever i've had any issues, they were dealt with by the ticket system, usually within 24hrs. If i recall correctly, when i was trying to track someone down that was higher up the food chain, i was told the owners wife was answering support tickets.

I sincerely doubt they just randomly said "we're keeping your money.... just open a new account" and left it at that. There is clearly something missing that you aren't telling everyone. Right?

I understand who ever makes/spends more will get the better service. Only doing $200 - $300 a month with them, which is basically nothing. It wasn't random, like I said 'Someone got my username / password and changed the email address.'. Using there ticket system was told to create a new account, I did. Then told to create new ad zones and the money in my other account is theirs.

I agree if I was doing more business with them the issue would have been resolved quickly. I have offered to send any info they want and photos of me holding passport / drivers license.

i think it is a really big disadvantage at ExoClick that you don't have dedicated account manager or online support. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days to solve a problem...

Again, you are not telling the full story. They didn't just say "hey, we're keeping your money but create a new account and start over". Something happened that you're not willing to share.

I wish there was something I was leaving out, at-least then I would know what I need to do.
