Greetings, I just want to point to a few examples of traffic stats for very similar websites within this niche fetish (cuckold), for comparison to help project the potential upside for developing on this domain.

These are just a few of the sites I found after doing a handful of random searches. Like it or not, clearly there is quite a large audience for cuckold!

Just as a thought experiment, ask yourself, if you were bringing in even the minimum # of ~ 400,000 monthly visitors that Cuckolded.com could command based on the above stats which give you an idea of the current (but growing) size of this community, let us say that you were making the bare bones minimum of even $10 CPM in ppc ad revenue (cpm = per 1,000 views), which is to say, making an average $0.01 per each visitor. That is equivalent to a $4,000 monthly income, x 12 months, means you could make upwards of almost $50,000 per year.

If you look at these site's histories in archive.org, you will notice that 3 of the sites were only started in 2013, 1 of the sites (the 1M/month site) was started in 2014, and one was started just at the beginning of 2015!

I believe that the cuckold fetish just started gaining wider-spread popularity in the adult world as of 2013, and although it may have taken a few of those sites 2 years to get to this level of traffic, it is surely getting easier to do this year than it was the year before, and the year before, meaning you could literally bring this site to fruition in less than a years time with the proper know how. So imagine that on this date next year, May of 2016, you have bought this site, developed it, and will make an income in the range of $50,000 for the year, just on this ONE website ... or even MORE ...

.... because I forgot to mention the kicker, which is that if you look back at all of those stats pages I linked to above, you will notice that they say, "monthly visits on DESKTOP .." That's right, this is NOT EVEN COUNTING MOBILE TRAFFIC!

Everything is going mobile these days, just think about how often you visit an adult site or any site on your mobile device vs your desktop, and you can see that these projections could easily fall at or below half of their real stats, meaning the traffic could well be into the range of 800,000 to 2 Million monthly visitors for any of these sites. If you plug those numbers back into our revenue equation above, that just means your potential revenue from a developed Cuckolded.com could really be upwards of $100K per year!

And remember, I just gave you a bare bones of $0.01 per visitor average profit, whereas I have no idea what average CPMs are currently being made in adult. (but remember the huffington post article I linked to in the auction description that describes cuckolding as a fetish for intellectuals ... read: people with high paying jobs and money ... so this is obviously an above average demographic, of people who can afford to buy stuff, and thus you probably have better than average profit potential here than in other adult fetish niches).

Now, if you were able to eclipse the highest of these sites currently banking more than 1,000,000 Monthly Visitors, well just do the math and see what you could be making.

Building on Cuckolded.com gives you an edge that these and other websites DONT HAVE. That is: it's a DICTIONARY domain. One-word Dictionary .COM domains *command* instant authority, memorability, and brand recognition. This is what gets visitors coming back. No other two-word or made up name is going to give you this edge above your competition, and THAT is how you can bring your traffic numbers up to and even BEYOND the sites referenced above.
