So I'm riding into the Clarion hotel I'm staying at and there are about 100 Harleys and their owners out front watching me pull up and park my bike. Every one of them looking like retired NFL players and dressed in jeans, black leathers and boots.

I had just been up the street eating lunch and being from Florida I'm wearing a very faded red Buccaneer's t-shirt which now looks pink with a pirates face, shorts and tennis shoes no socks.

A lot of "look at this sorry ass" head shakes, lol

Anyway I told a few I knew Brassmonkey from Arizona and now we're drinking Courvoisier and telling stories about fucking white women. Tonight should be interesting.

I must admit, I always chuckle when I see riders waiting for the rain to end. I remember meeting these guys in TX; they left CA about a week before us but kept stopping for the rain.

I forgot to mention the other event scheduled for the weekend was a regional bridge tournament. I complained to management the old white people were being to quiet today.

Riding Clubs are OK, it's the Drinking Clubs you have to worry about, they'll tell you they drink a lot with a Motorcycle problem. Rode with one group that hauled ass the whole time.
MC's are totally different
Went to the Laughlin Run a couple weeks ago, it's rained on our trip out to Oatman, didn't bother us or the burro's.

Shit happens.
