Is there anyone around who can respond before the weekend is out?

Have a client who needs some questions answered.

several emails have been sent with no response then decided to call the toll free support line today and

could not get anyone on the line and need to have a few questions answered before the weekend.

If anyone is around please step inside and lend us an ear.

If you get a hold of anyone, let me know. I've been owed a $100 + affiliate payout since August of last year. I emailed, called, everything.

I have the owner (Gary)'s direct email, and he doesn't reply.

Then some girl emails me about a customer promotion (when you create a site with them, they create a user account for you, too). I replied back that I wasn't interested in that, but I was interested in the affiliate money that was owed. She never replied, either.

I've heard reports of other affiliates bitching publicly, only to have their accounts closed. Guess mine will disappear now, too. Fuck MPS. :2 cents:

I was hoping to see a rep form myphonesitedotcom step inside and say ..."how may I assist"

If my client does not receive a response from the company after a week of trying then I may advise them to cut their losses while they can.

I suppose we can extend our patience for a couple more days but it is very troubling to not be able to get a response from a company that you are in business with.

I hope nobody is in the hospital or worse....fingers crossed for a healthy and robust myphonesitedotcom

Was getting ready to spend substantial $$$ money on a very specific campaign that could do wonders for my client but not hearing back from them leaves us with no option but to put the brakes on all current campaign and investment plans:(

Well it seems they are not 100% out of business as my client received a check from them within the past few weeks.

They are accepting payments on their website as we speak and that is the gisty of the thread.

My client spent some money with them within the past few weeks and was trying to follow up on the money spent and has not received any word back from them after several emails to all the contact email addresses

The phone platform is still in working so its hard to accept that they are closed.

However the info shared in this thread and the fact that they don't answer their toll free support chat line, or emails, or gfy support tickets is reason enough to move on.
