The prosecutor asked the judge to treat this suck fucking female to treat her no differently than a man convicted of the same crime.

The judge called her a predator and gave her 22 years. She faces charges in another county as well. Hopefully she goes away for the rest of her life.

This teacher did not "have sex with" a student. She MOLESTED an underage student. I agree that it's not pedophilia, but it is only possible for consenting ADULTS to engage in "sex" with each other. This constant blurring of the language done for the sake of titillation and on-screen real estate should not be ignored.

No, under-ages can have sex with each other and for example I can have sex with 16-year old, at least the starting point is that (in here). It is different thing if I am in some position I can take advantage of, and it may make it illegal even considering another adults. You know, if for example boss fucks employee. That may end badly juridically.

This is about semantics. It's about how important words are. Nothing to do with boss / employee or position of power over another. It's about using the language that properly fits the CRIME and avoiding blurring what sex is and what it isn't.

The problem here is where to draw the line. 17 is too old. What about 16? Maybe 15? Or 14? Etc etc etc... and whatever you pick there will be cases when the "victim" of a "pedophile" was a real victim and when the "victim" is a grown up dude/bitch who was literally asking for it.
It is the concept of a persons age as the deciding factor is deeply flawed. But other formal factors could be even worse. Like, if a kid has a menstruation or erection - then not a pedofile.

The problem in here are the sentences. It could be something like this.

17 "Soo, soo, bad teacher."
16 "He is too young, you get fined."
15 "He is way too young, you will get probation."
14 "He is wayyy too young, you will get jail (for few years)."

Or something like that. Now it is like ISIS chopping heads off. What is the fucking difference? The teacher will be 52 when she gets out of the prison without extra charges.

In my country that 17 wouldn't be anywhere described as pedophile, as the victim has to be under 14 or something like that for that.
