Not sure how anyone can argue the point being made. Certainly the top people who are in the public relations industry would agree with the point being made by the comic which is that humans are dumb as shit can their opinions can be by constant programming. Why would they not agree? After all their entire careers are dependent on people being dumb as shit and easily manipulated.
