Can you login to your streamate whitelabel?
 

WL is up, but unable to login either as a surfer, or to stats... couple of days now for me and yes I've sent an email but:

a) big queue of people with the same problem
b) they have all hands on solving a known problem

anyone able to shed some light? No panic but it'd be nice to know :)

same issue, i thought they just moved to cambuilder and disabled the old login

what the dealy streamate? send us a mailer with what's going on pls

I have a few emails in as well. Cam Builder is working fine but I found it odd that they completely eliminated the Streamate user.

Weird, I thought someone in-house here changed the PW. Guess I am not alone in being unable to login.

There has been a note posted in the streamate.com affiliate area for a little over a month of its closure. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just to make it clear. The move to the new affiliate portal Cambuilder has no effect on how your whitelabels operate nor your payout terms. We hope that Cambuilder's much improved statistical interface is a plus for affiliates.

For those who have yet to reach out to support please email support AT cambuilder.com. I do not see any unanswered support tickets for account login issues.

Same like Jel, dont actively check those aff areas news, as most of those dont update anymore these days
