trippin' balls lets talk about aliens
This might not make any sense but if you've read the shit I type you're use to it. My memory fails me so any facts are likely incorrect.
Ok, so there's a theory that there are so many planets out there that alien life is inevitable. I don't think I have a point about this yet. There's also a theory or idea that any visiting aliens would be warring species interested in colonizing or conquering earth and taking our resources. I guess that would be the only reason for another species to come here "in person". Otherwise they'd send drones or some unknown tech to explore instead. If earth isn't special in terms of having life. There should be X amount of planets that have all the same or similar resources as earth. I can only assume the alien leaders would choose the easiest, closest, least costly place to gather resources. Presumably some of those planets would have less advanced and less hostile inhabitants than earth. Which brings me to my main point. As humans evolve we seem to becoming softer for lack of a better word. We want to be kind to each other and considerate of every living thing. Would highly advanced aliens want to kill us all or would they want to preserve us and all of earth's species? |
There is no need to travel so far for resources. Advanced species would just harvest asteroids or small planetoids. There is nothing so special about earth, except that it would be insanely hard to find.
Like a needle in a needle factory, but you are looking for a certain needle. |
I suppose there is almost no reason to come here for resources unless there is some rare element on earth.
Then there is the matter of finding this planet. I can't imagine the computer power it would take to quickly analyze every grain of sand on a beach. Then I think about analyzing every speck in the vastness of space and it doesn't seem possible. I know it is though. If aliens wanted to conquer us they probably still wouldn't come in person. They might send war drones or biological weapons instead. Or maybe they'll hack into our internet from a million light years away and kill us with our future robots. I just can't think of a reason for aliens to come to earth unless they want to take some of us back to their game preserves. |

Ugh, here's some truth for you (but stay tuned, I promise it gets interesting after)
- There's no proof of alien life. Everything you've seen or hear or read is all bullshit. - We're too far away for any aliens to come visit or for us to visit them. - Communicating with aliens is also impossible because we're just too far away. Even though we've been broadcasting TV and Radio since the late 20's, and even at the speed of light, it hasn't travelled far enough for any aliens to pick up. But anyway, now for the fun, and science truth stuff. One of the most likely places to find aliens is right here in our own solar system - Europa to be specific. It's a moon orbiting Jupiter, and the 6th largest in the solar system. What makes it so cool is that even though its far from the sun, Jupiter's gravity is bending and shaping it so much that its surface is very smooth, and all that friction from Jupiter may mean liquid water below its ice surface. I read somewhere that Nasa's thinking about sending a couple of ships to Europa one day. the first would be to scout the moon and check it out up-close and if it looks good, they will send another ship to land on it one day, and drill into the ice and maybe even drop a mini robotic sub marine to swim around in the ocean below it. Maybe it might see alien fishies.... Now THAT would be fucking cool... |

I vaguely remember that episode. Do you know which season its from? This image is supposed to show that human dna was already altered. It looks to me like it shows the random chance of getting shark dna is much better than the chance of getting mouse dna. And there is an extremely random chance of getting a human. Quote:

It would too long to come to earth...... Unless we go into fantastic zone of speed faster than light speed.
Or - that those aliens live for million years and 1 year is like a second to them or something :) |
i think they'd be too far away to meet up while we're alive m8
