My first hydro crop was grown in '79 using EcoGrow and EcoBloom in pea gravel. Never used it in rockwool. Used it many times before going soil in mid-eighties. I prefer soil using bat guano, worm castings, blood meal, bone meal and liquid seaweed.

For my aquaponics i use maxicrop and iron but im not growing weed if that counts

I use this outside.... with 1/4 nuets... worked amazing Ocean Forest® Potting Soil

inside I use bucket systems with hydro...

i'd always cut the recommend amount down to like 25% to start, and ramp up maybe really slowly over the course of grow. really depends how much water you're mixing with

no need to be dense, it's just the name of the product... you're just looking for nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus optimized to whatever it is you're trying to grow. big bloom "grow big" would work fine for leafy greens

if you aren't growing anything w/ flowers tho, id go for something stacked in nitrogen man
