Not that big of a deal, in the admin section of vBulletin, there is an option to delete a member and all their posts.

The only memory that will remain is if a thread was started by someone other than them, they posted in that thread, and someone else quotes them.

When I opened his thread I assumed he is being dleted, but keeps back with new nicknames.
As he mentioned "I will keep doing this until you will be forced to close new registrations".
